The staff were very helpful, and we especially enjoyed the excellent lobby coffee shop and bar on the 23rd floor. The hotel facilities were great - we loved the swimming pool and the gym. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the large writing on the toiletries, making it easy to read without reading glasses. The location was also ideal, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the nearby metro station.
